Exwick
Community Assocaition is a charity run by and for people who live in
the area of Exwick, which is the north west corner of Exeter, just over
the river from the University and the city centre.
We
lease a small community centre from the City Council which we hire
out to groups and agencies like the West Exe Childrens Centre and the local
health visitors. We also encourage groups of locals like the Friday
morning coffee and friendship club as well a dance lessons and youth
clubs which serve the local residents. And of course we hire it
out for people to hold parties.
